This set of Perl One-Liners was used and assembled by Karsten Hokamp, Bioinformatics Research Officer at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.

After programming Perl for many years it became obviouse that one-liners are a feature that makes Perl particularly useful for linking up data sets in various formats and bioinformatic tools. This website has been provided as a supplement for a special edition in Methods in Molecular Biology on Coeliac Disease.
